Can you believe this boy is still looking for a forever home? We sure can’t. Max is an XL teddy bear. He’s mature, won’t cause you any trouble and can live with anyone or anything. Cats, dogs, kids, young people, old people – Max loves everyone!

Max has been in our rescue for a year looking for his forever home. Every foster home that he has stayed in has loved him. He just hasn’t found that special someone yet who says “he’s mine :-)”.

He is 13 years old, 100+lbs (he really doesn’t seem giant though!) and just a love bug. He is HAPPY, loves toys, loves food, loves blankets – did we mention that he loves everyone and everything? He lets you know when it’s time for dinner or when he needs to go outside. He loves laying in the yard or on the patio and listening to the birds. He has a habit of nursing on a blankie after dinner time and goes right to bed when you tell him it’s bedtime. He’s truly the perfect companion. The reality is, Max may not have many years left. He is healthy, but he’s a large senior. We really want to see him be someone’s whole world and have an official family to call his own. He’s waited a long time.
